The theme of the national finals of this year's Zhu Rong Award is "a single spark can start a prairie fire", which is intended to convey the belief that the Zhu Rong Award will persistently join hands with the vast number of designers to spread light culture. At the award ceremony on the day of the event, the Organizing Committee of Zhu Rong Award awarded relevant awards to 170 + designers / design units. Among them, the most eye-catching 11 categories of space gold awards have finally been announced after months of selection by experts of the organizing committee.

Mr. Yu Xiankai,Hanrun (International) Lighting Design General Manager/Design Director,gave a speech on the theme of 《urban transformation and public art in central and Western China: public space optical media》. Under the background of China's rapid economic development, from the perspective of sustainable humanistic spirit, it integrates new problems such as misplaced public heritage and community structure caused by rapid urbanization transformation in central and Western China for design transformation. It is the proposition and responsibility of public art in China at present, and also the expansion field of designers in aesthetic art and light.

COMPETITION

In the future, it will be the trend of interior space design to emphasize soft decoration, light decoration and personalization. Among them, soft decoration design and lighting design are the key to meet personalized needs, which means that lighting design ability will become one of the core competitiveness of interior designers, and users' lighting needs will change from functional lighting to healthy lighting.

In order to better implement the tasks and missions, starting from 2022, the competition rules of the zhurong award will be comprehensively revised and upgraded to attract more designers to become practitioners of Chinese light culture and messengers of Chinese light culture.

The 13th Zhu Rong Award was successful completed, and more than 100 designers received the most authoritative recognition and honor in the award ceremony of the finals. As a vane of the lighting design industry, the future Zhu Rong Award also shoulders more important responsibilities and missions.
