On the morning of April 8, a delegation from J&G Group in Moscow, Russia, visited SANTAN Smart Park and Intelligent Lighting Experience Center for an on-site tour and in-depth exchange. The company’s chairman and all employees warmly welcomed the distinguished guests. SANTAN Smart Park is built according to international Industry 4.0 standards, achieving a comprehensive upgrade in integrated smart lighting manufacturing. Under the guidance of Chairman Zhu, the visiting guests toured key production areas, including the metalworking workshop, CNC workshop, dust-free Workshop A, dust-free SMT workshop, and dust-free Workshop B.
SANTAN Smart Park features the industry’s highest standards of manufacturing, with year-round temperature control and high-speed five-axis precision machining centers, as well as fully automated digital electroplating processes that ensure precision monitoring and control. This results in higher accuracy and efficiency, greater environmental friendliness, and cleaner production—guaranteeing consistency in every batch of products. The park is equipped with top-tier production facilities and operates under a 365-day constant temperature management system, ensuring higher efficiency, precision, environmental sustainability, and product consistency.
All products are manufactured using processes that exceed industry standards, with precision monitoring and control. Using high-speed Samsung placement machines—on par with those used in high-end electronics manufacturing—SANTAN ensures high efficiency, accuracy, and stability: one line, one shift, 500,000 placements in 8 hours. The solder used is lead-free and eco-friendly, offering superior adhesion and softness, ensuring peak efficiency and consistency. The workshops meet food-grade cleanroom standards and are equipped with advanced anti-static and dust-control systems, ensuring that all products are assembled in a dust-free environment and meet the highest quality standards.
