ANDREW has more than 20 years of practical experience and has worked with teams in multinational fields to complete various tasks such as overall planning, architectural design, interior design, and project landing supervision for high-end boutique hotels. Mr. Su Renhao

SMALLWOOD is a top hotel and accommodation industry design firm. Mr. Su has 30 years of professional master planning and architectural design experience, and his projects cover many countries and regions.

In 1984, he went to the University of Kansas in the United States to study architecture for his undergraduate degree. In 1990, he graduated with outstanding results in the first place design of his entire graduation class and was awarded the Thayer Design Gold Medal. In 2000, Mr. Su began pursuing an MBA and obtained a Master's degree in International Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia in 2002, with outstanding results ranking first in the Singapore region. After graduation, Mr. Su followed Mr. Liu Taige, the "father of Singapore planning". Under the guidance of Mr. Liu, I participated in the planning and design of Singapore government housing estates, overall planning projects in multiple cities in the Asian region, especially in China, and other architectural design projects including residential, commercial, medical, and academic institutions.
