We collect the information you provide when you create, modify, or log in to your STU account, including your name, account, password, email address, and phone number. When you use STU, we collect logs, including the IP address, and access date and time. We may use your personal data to:

• Authenticate your identity when you use SANTAN services.

3. How STU discloses personal data
We may share your personal data with our partners, in accordance with this Statement, if we have authorized them to offer certain services. For example, when you take a written SANTAN certification test, SANTAN must share your personal data with a service provider, so that you can use your STU account to log in, and the test results can be integrated with SANTAN's platform. In addition, as a multinational company, SANTAN may share your personal data with its affiliates.
SANTAN may also need to disclose your personal data to law enforcement or other government agencies as stipulated by applicable laws or legal procedures. Your personal data may also be disclosed to transaction parties if SANTAN is involved in restructuring, merger, bankruptcy, or liquidation proceedings within a given jurisdiction. SANTAN attaches importance to personal data security. We use appropriate physical, organizational, and technical measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, and loss. For example, we use cryptographic technologies to ensure data confidentiality; we use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious data attacks; we deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that personal data can only be access by authorized personnel; we offer security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of personal data protection. SANTAN is committed to protecting your personal data; however, please note that no security measure is completely infallible.
We will retain your personal data only for the purposes stated in this Statement.
We will process and store your personal data during the period you use the service. After you deregister your account or your account is inactive for more than five years, your personal data will be deleted. However, we still reserve the right to retain:
• Personal data processed for security and audit purposes. For example, STU account data will be retained for up to three years from the date you deregister your account.
• Login logs collected to ensure your data security and improve our service. Logs will be retained for up to six months from the date they are obtained.
Once the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, unless otherwise required by laws and/or regulations.
6. How We Process Children's Personal Data
Our websites, products and services are primarily intended for adults. A child must not create a SANTAN account without the consent of a parent or guardian. If a child's personal data is collected with prior parental consent, we will only use or disclose the data as permitted by law, with the explicit consent of the child's parents or guardians, or when necessary for the protection of the child. If we accidentally collect a child's personal data without verified prior consent from the child's parents, we will attempt to delete the data as soon as possible.
